Starting about a week ago, I constantly get disconnected from xbox live while watching a movie on netflix (I've mostly been watching netflix movies so I'm not really sure if this problem is limited to that or if it would occur if I was to play a matchmaking game). I can watch a movie for about 10-20 min. before I get disconnected. I cannot reconnect to xbox live unless I test the connection, which always comes back saying everything is connected and fine or if I restart the xbox. Comcast is having issues with their site so I cannot check my cap but I've never reached my cap in the past and it's the beginning of the month so I don't think that would have anythign to do with my problem.
This is really annoying, I basically can't watch anything on netflix and I can't find any solution. What's really annoying is the fact that everything was working until up until last week or so and I have not changed a thing... So I really don't understand why it suddenly does not work... Any help or advice is much appreciated.
