Disconnected from games at the approx same time every night

Hi all

I wonder if you can give me some advice since Christmas I have been getting kicked from games on Xbox live at roughly the same time every night

For example I start playing call of duty ghosts at about 6pm and between 7:30pm to 8pm I get kicked from party chat and the game with a message like "lost connection to the server" Internet speed is fine and generally connectivity has been proven sound by my ISP who has been investigating it for the last 4 weeks

There is no disconnection from the Internet or Xbox live just part chat and the game itself

Has anyone experienced this or offer any help as its a bit frustrating

Been doing some experiments over the weekend and actually don't think it is time specific

Basically I seem to get kicked from games every 1.5 to 2 hours ? Anyone know what could b causing this?

It could be  your ISP  GIBE them a call and ask if they are performing maintenance..

Does this only happen when you are playing CoD Ghosts? If so it may be a game specific server issue and I would check their website for further info.

It could be  your ISP  Give them a call and ask if they are performing maintenance..I had this problem at one point in the past, so this is from experience :)

I have already been through a process of elimination with the isp i had new lines installed and new router and I don't have any issues anywhere else iPad, iPhone and pc have no connection issues at all.

It isn't just call of duty ghosts related either as it also did it on the recent Titanfall beta on Xbox one but laptops and everything else fine?

I've been have the worst month and a half too because my internet has been *** up every since the internet was "upgraded", and it's kind of ironic because it has not sped up anything, and it has disconnected me at random times. Maybe this is the case, maybe not...

I have been having this problem since Christmas / Xbox one release I am at a loss as to what to do now

As I have exhausted all options with the ISP .....funny that it is only noticeable on Xbox and no where else?

There are internet providers that update their system always around the same time.

You would get disconnected when this happen.

Some let you choose to change this updates to a other time you can choose from.

Did you check if you have a fixed IP?

If not you should maybe do that and see if that makes any difference.
