Disconnect in the middle of games and reconnect 15 seconds later

Any help is appreciated I've tried everything I can think of. Thanks in advance.

                    Linksys Wireless G

-  Network Connection Type: Wireless/Wired 

                     Wired

 

-  Things you have tried:

                    Went to the Linksys WRT300N and opened the necessary ports, Enabled my MAC address in DMC, enabled UPnP

-  Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown

                    Yes

Is NAT Type Open?

                     Yes

Any Error Codes you encounter:

                   No

What type of internet do you have? Cable/DSL/T1/3G?

                   DSL I believe

Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)?

                 Comcast?

When you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" what is the exact message shown on screen?

                 Everything appears to connect fine and there are no messages since I fixed the NAT to open.

Oh sorry, it's probably incorrect but when I said lag out I meant disconnect like it says everyone left the game and it ends. Also, with party chats it kicks me out and I reconnect within 10 seconds.

I played 3 matchmaking games in Halo Reach and lagged out of 1. It might have gotten a little better.

Jam, it may say its open but it isn't always the case, please try those exact instructions. Or you can try connect direct to them modem to see if you still disconnect, if you do when connected direct it may be an ISP issue

Well lag is something else really, did you lag and then disconnect before or just disconnect?
