xINI5T3Rx --- Reinstalling netflix did nothing. I have tried it again and again. This just seems to be a consistent problem for a good amount of viewers, with no hard fix information available for us yet. Please get back to me soon with something new I could try, as I have read many threads with my similar problem and tried the fixes suggested, with no luck.

Hey there Shing! I understand you're having some connection issues at the moment. Looking back at your original post, I notice some info is missing. Can you let us know what brand/model of modem and router you are using, as well as finding out your UPnP and NAT settings on your router? These items can greatly help us in determining the cause of your issue.

That said, the codes you provided to point to an issue with UPnP. Can you ensure that this is enabled on your router. If you are using manual port forwarding though, please ensure UPnP is disabled. Please let us know what you find out, thanks!
