Disc drive issue worse after service said nothing was wrong

I just got my console back after almost a month of what I thought it was being serviced for the grinding drive issue. Got it back today and a letter that says they found no issues. I go to put in a disc and it grinds to a halt and won't even be accepted. I shot a YouTube video to prove it. I don't have any interest in losing my console for another month. Is that my only choice or is there another avenue I can receive better service. Perhaps a replacement?
