I bought an Xbox One the day it came out. I had disc reading problems on and off six months after I got the console. However, I was always able to do something to get the game to read. I move the console to my upstairs entertainment system and don't use it and it still has problems. I can get one blue ray movie to work......another two will not. Regular DVDs work but can't get my game to work.
Of course it is out of warranty and Microsoft wants me to pay for the repair. This is a known defect for the initial batch of Xbox ones.
I have had 2-3 regular xboxes, 2-3 Xbox 360s and now an Xbox One. I have been an xbox live member for since the initial xbox came out. (10 years?) I have bought over a hundred games.
The Microsoft support team says I need to pay to repair the "known defect" in the initial Xbox ones.
Unbelievable - absolutely no customer loyalty.
