Dis-allowance Of updating my Xbox Live account.

My xbox live account just keeps saying when I update it online "It Appears you have found a Glitch in the system"

 

When I try to update it Via my Xbox. It also disallows me. 

I would like to resolve this issue to get reconnected to xbox live.

It may be a good idea to check your billing information via www.billing.microsoft.com, you may have an outstanding balance or an expired credit/debit card associated to your account.

 

If / When you clarify both of the things mentioned above and you're still having trouble, try the following:

 

  1. Clear the cache on your xbox 360.

     

  2. Clear the cookies and cache on the web browser you're currently using / Try a different web browser altogether.

     

  3. Recover your xbox LIVE profile.
