Difficulties in connecting to XBOX Live

i could not connect to xbox live and i do not know the problem! please help!

it could be possible that the xbox has not got the correct password for your internet connection - have u made sure that all info in the setting for the wireless are all ok?

Im sorry. My console is the XBOX 360S console which is white in colour.

I could not even connect to LIVE at all. And my console is the original model which came with a kinect sensor.

Hey there Pikachu! Let's start with what console you have. Is it the newer "S" model console? Did it come with a Kinect sensor? Or, if you're more visually inclined, take a look at the two pictures on this page (support.xbox.com/.../error-codes) and let me know what your console looks like.

If it's the "S" console, it has a built-in wireless adapter. This may be automatically connecting to an open WiFi connection in your house, which would explain the results shown above.

Getting back to your issue, can you elaborate on exactly what you are experiencing? Can you not connect to LIVE at all, or is it only once in a while? Can you connect but then get disconnected? If so, what are you doing when it disconnects, or does it disconnect while waiting on the menu?
