Didn't get my gold subscription

Hi, a few days ago i bought two pre paid code for gold live, and yesterday i used both of them, each in one account, and it appeared that i would recieve my subscription in less then 24hrs (or something like that), well, that happened about (if not more) 24hrs ago, and still, nothing changed, can you help me?

If you put the code into this account, it should have been activated.

Did it give any errors, or did it tell you to wait 24 hours?

If the latter, you may have to call support about it.

I did put the code in this accoumt, but nothing happened, it only told me that in 24hrs it would be actvated.

You may have to call phone support then. If it glitched somehow, only official xbox support reps can fix it.

What prepaid codes did you buy for Xbox LIVE? And where did you purchase these from? All prepaid codes activate instantly when you redeem them on Xbox.com or on the Xbox 360.You can also see everything you've redeemed in regards to subscriptions here.

I bought the 12month gold subscription, an i bought them at a game stop in NA, when they came here where i live, i used it, but it didn't work, i tryed it more than once, and nothing..

When you said "it didn't work" what error message do you get when you redeem it on the console, or on Xbox.com?
