Diablo 3 won't accept my gold abo

Hi,

I just entered an XBOX Live Gold 3 Month Abo Code and am able to use the party chat function in the dashboard, all seems normal.

As soon as I start Diablo 3 the party closes itself and the Game Menu says that I need xboxlive gold access to use the multiplayer features when I'm trying to change my Online Settings in the Game Menu.

After pressing the Guide Button under the party option it says that it's only available to gold members...

thats a bit frustrating cause we planned to play this evening :/

Hi,

sometimes the system stucks on the free even if you redeemed the Gold pre-paid card or purcahsed the membership from MS, best thing to do is clear system cache and re-download profile that should fix it but before please check on xbox.com > My Account to see if the main system accepted your membership card.

You can try:

- Delete cache and try again. support.xbox.com/.../clear-system-cache

- Delete profile and download it again.support.xbox.com/.../profile-move-delete

Also check the following link support.xbox.com/.../chat-messaging for chat & IM Settings
