Developer help needed - we've lost our credentials

I've recently joined a company which has a Dev Kit (Full Developer, Zephyr) and Dev account. We have a need to dig the Dev Kit out, but my predecessor has moved on and I have no knowledge of the credentials or account information!

Of course, we'll need the credentials to download the SDK, and presumably, to also update the console...

I don't even know where to begin to start tracking this information down. Xbox support were unable to help as they only deal with consumer consoles.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

I would assume it would be easier to contact your predecessor. Im sure they would be happy to give you the information

Absolutely contact the predecessor.  That is your only option other than to purchase a new account.
