I havent been able to update my xbox one for 12 hours. It gets to 79% and stops. i'm completely fed up with this, i spent all this money to be disappointed. release a manual download so we can update our systems.
Just got off the phone with their Network Support. We went through the regular network crap of unplugging the router and xbox blah blah blah. He thought it might be the packet was too big for my network but it ended up not being that.
He admitted they have been seeing the issue at 79%/80% so he said I should see if Target has anymore and do an exchange or do a replacement through Microsoft which would mean them putting a hold on my credit card until send my broke Xone (they would send
a "working version first as well as the shipping package").
Not mad at him but damn Microsoft, it's like 360 all over again.
