data transfer - 360 to 360s

 

console is up to date, using MS data transfer cable, followed the how-to, i don't get the 'transfer content' screen...any suggestions?

Go to system settings > memory and you should have the option to transfer content if you press X or Y or something

Remember that you will also have to ransfer your licenses over to the new Xbox.

when i go to system settings>memory, there's no options for the old drive

Unless you have a lot of stuff you could do like I did.  Just transfer the necessary items (tag/save/etc.) via usb and then redownload all the DLC you want.
