Dashboard isnt updating new videos or content

Hi, my xbox dashboard has stopped updating content such as daily videos or trailers and even announcements. all i get is old videos about kinect coming soon. so it stopped updating just before kinect came out. i dont get any sent you a message videos etc i was just wondering what i can do to restore this problem? thank you.

yea iv cleared my cache memory and nothing seems to have changed, is there anything els that can be causing this? its really frustrating because theres no new content showing old stuff about kinect coming soon :(

yea i done it and it restarted my xbox but still nothing has changed :/ its all stayed the same, is there anything els i can do?

Take a look around your hard drive and see if there are any corrupt file floating around that might be causing it.

Hello, since you still haven't resolved the issue. Have you tried downloading a system update through your computer and then onto a USB which you can then use on the Xbox? If it doesn't work I'd recommend you call Microsoft.
