Dashboard beta user disconnected

 

 

The dashboard beta when smooth until today Friday the 13th of may 2011. I can't connect onto XboxLive and try every possible way. I even call my internet provider they say its fine and i also call 3 xboxlive agent still no answer to why i got disconnected. I got no error code, just the YOU ARE CONNECTED TO THE INTERNET BUT CAN'T CONTACT XBOXLIVE. I'm the Halo Reach DISC beta user.

Anyone or the BETA maker has any idea why i can't connect to xboxlive.

How do you connect to the Internet? What type of Internet connection do you have? Have you tried power-cycling your router/modem?

if it says your signed in but cant see anything on the home page accept need to sign in cam be caused by a few reasons first clear your cache this usually works for me. secondly you could be having a high bandwith use on the beta which can prevent you from accessing it. I would suggest going to the beta forums or contacting the beta team and reporting the bug.
