Customer service is terrible. Bad kinect

Xbox customer service is terrible kinect problems So I am one of the fools who waited in line till midnight to get a xbox one. Only to take it home and have my Kinect have no power. So I call support and set up a service exchange online. I am told from support and from website to send everything in as if it was new. So I send the whole system in on Saturday the 23rd. Been tracking it since and saw my exchange for retail bundle was shipped on the 5th of Dec. One little problem I notice on fed ex that the package only weighs 3lbs. So I think to my self I bet the dumb *** are just sending me a Kinect. So I call support again to express my concerns. I am told by 2 different techs that no I am getting the whole system fed ex must of got the weight wrong. So guess what shows up today. Your right only the Kinect!!!!!!! I guess I will just plug it into my invisible xbox one. So I call back and I am on the phone with hardware tech for over a hour and a half. He tells me that my SR# is being prioritized and a specialist is going to have to look at it. Could be another 3-4 days. I am so disappointed in the service I have been given. All support teams members were nice but could never give me the answers that I wanted to hear. For example sorry sir we realized we screwed up let us send you a new console right away. nope all I get is this person and then this person have to look at your case and then something should be done so just keep waiting. Bought system on opening night still have no idea what its like to play on a xbox one and only god knows how long into December I will have to wait. Has anyone else had as bad of a experience as me? please share

I feel for you man that sucks. I would demand something in return for them lying to you though.

I dealt with them 2 days ago and they called me back with in 3 min  of putting my slip in and they were friendly and solved my gamer tag problem amongst other problems I had and gave me a few months free of live . I guess it depends who you get the lady I had was excellent two thumbs up for customer service from me so far.

They tried to help me for well over an hour with my issue. I have no complaint about the customer service except I didn't solve the issue.

Maybe MS is in meltdown with problem occurred with the One ?

my son set up an xbox service with his internet and right now I do not have the internet or a place that I can reieve calls I am a legitimate customer  and you are denying me Microsoft millionare because I cannot prove to you a code word      I don't know when m on is coming home to fix this please help me                  Carol

@Boas, it seems "Carol" has no internet (funny how she can post here) and no phone and cant activate the Gold account they bought? And it's MS's fault.
