Credit Card removal problems.

I had a credit card linked to my live account, and the time has come for it to be removed, but when I tried, (through the xbox and internet) it would not let me take the credit card off. I called the support number, and got nowhere, I was told a specialist would contact me within 24 hours with more help, but the help never came. Im stuck in this dilemma, I need help immediately.

If your card is attached to an active gold account, it can't be removed. You'd have to have support turn off auto-renewal (if it's turned on) then remove your card when it reverts to silver. Or have support cancel your subscription.

y donde puedo poner que mi cuenta no se renueve sola? eso lo puedo hacer desde mi consola? o tengo que hablar a algun lado?

and were i can turn off the Auto-Renewal? in my xbox? or i need to call some were?

nope you have to call xbox support in your region

you just need to ask for the creditcard to be removed however

if you don't want to wait till the account turns silver

for promotions you need to wait till your account emails the code for whatever promotion as any account changes will cancel the promotion as per the conditions of the promotions.

- you can have iot removed immediately if you ask for it and  you wait 4-7 business days and a token is emailed to you however you cannot do anything with the account while you wait as the account is frozen till the code is issued

 

most people turn off autorenewal and wait till the account turns silver less issues

 especially if you do not keep your account info upto date including contact email
