It is telling me my profile is corrupted and it wont let me sign in after it disconnects me from xbox live after I go onto a game

Can anyone help with this?

Hey there Toxicity! If your profile is corrupt, all we need to do is download a fresh copy. Please do the following steps, in order:

  • Delete the corrupt profile. Navigate through Settings > System > Storage > All Devices > Profiles. Select your profile, and then select Delete. 
  • Delete your Profile only! Don't delete Profile & Items.
  • Clear the cache 3 times.
  • Restart your console.
  • Download your profile from Xbox Live.

Try playing your game again now, and let us know how it goes!
