Controller wont connect

Both my controllers do not connect with the X Box.

I have tried new batteries & even borrowed controllers from friends, still teh same result. If they do connect the drop out after 2-3 mins.

 

Anyboby any suggestions

How long have you noticed this issue? Are there any large metal objects, wireless devices, or obstructions nearby?

This started about 10 days ago.

There is nothing in the room which is new & would cause interference.

it might be with the sensor of the console. call support to further troubleshoot or iether repair your console.

Alright, if there are no sources of interference nearby, and no controllers can connect, the console does likely need a repair. You can set one up online, here: myservice.xbox.com/.../Welcome.aspx
