content blocked by family setting. enter family setting pass code to continue

hi iam having problems.. i can sign into my xbox live account but when i click on a game like Black ops i get content blocked by family setting. enter family setting pass code to continue.... i dont recall makeing one..  how can i get this to work?

I would call xbox support, they have a way to unlock the console passcode as long as you can give them the serial number for your console.

Are you the Primary account holder on the Family Plan? If you don't remember the passcode, try answering the secret question. If that fails, you can call phone support in your region (support.xbox.com/.../contact-us.aspx) and ask for it to be reset.

It's like a character from a book or movie, a fake person from a story. It was a question whoever created this account created, and they created a specific answer that it is asking for right now, and the answer needs to be that.  Like Official support said the primary will need to call support for help.
