I'm trying to change my contact email. But it won't let me save my settings, I click it but it doesn't do anything.

Hey there Cloud! After you update it and press save, does it take you back to the account page, or does it simply refresh the page? Is there any red text next to the contact email telling you why it won't work? Let me know, thanks!

i have the same problem. I tried to change my email but it made me make a new account with this wierd gamertag. when i click save the "save" button just changes from green to gray. no refresh or account page. Im trying to change this account's email so i can use it for my real account

Make sure you guys are using IE for your web browser whenever you are doing anything like this. Sometimes the microsoft webpages do not work properly if you are not using IE.

I am having the same problem. I am updating my contact info to a new e-mail address, but it won't allow mw to save it. It's like the "save" button has no link.

i can't unsubscribe from the emailing list and it wont let me save the settings, its so annoying!!

Hey all - we do appreciate your patience as we investigate these issues. In the meantime, you can change these settings using your console. Just head to the "Settings" hub, then select "Privacy", then "Customize."
