Constant Disconnects, Can't find Solution

So for the past few months, I've been having an error with Xbox Live. Every time I would try and play a multiplayer game, such as Destiny, Xbox Live would suddenly crash, either instantly or after an hour. At first, I thought it was just an error with my Xbox 360 itself, getting old, but when I was on vacation recently, I was able to hook up to Xbox live perfectly for 2 weeks, and not a single error occurred. This was a call saying something i'm doing is wrong, and there must be some way fix to it.

Every time Xbox Live crashes, I try to reconnect through the Xbox guide, but then it gives me error code 8015190E, and tells me to test connection. I go to test connection, and boom, Xbox live is connected. Its an endless annoying cycle.

A final piece of information that might be helpful is the disconnects have slowed down, i.e. I managed to play for 2 hours before it crashed, is I used a Wi-Fi extender and plugged it into the xbox through a wire. My modem is a Motorola SBG6782-AC, and I have plenty fast internet connection (21 ping, 49.9 mbps and 11.5 mbps). My modem and xbox are on opposite ends of the house so doing a direct connection, like with my PC, is not possible.

Any suggestions and replies will be helpful, and if you know something that might work please reply. Thanks for reading!

I forgot to say what 49.9 mbps and 11 mbps were. 49.9 mbps was the download speed, while 11 mbps was the upload speed.
