My employer will reimburse part of the cost of the Xbox based on the following:

If the Xbox One is prewired with the console system, the whole bundle would be eligible for 50% reimbursement under subsidy. If not, Only the Kinect hardware and any
     fitness focused games would be eligible for the subsidy. The gaming system console will not be reimbursed. If the items are being sold together as a
     bundle, they can submit 50% of the regular MSRP of the Kinect hardware as listed online.

I have no idea what this means.  Are all of the Xbox One's prewired with the console system?  They are being sold as a bundle, but is the Kinect hardware sold separately at all so that we can determine the MSRP?
