Console trouble to conect with controler

My xbox 360 S can't conect with the controlers. The round flash lighs start working during seconds but doesn't conect to the controlers, after stop flashing the turn on button light change to red without conection.

I change the controlers battery and checked the wire conections with no success.

It sounds like your console is showing the RDoD (Red Dot of Death), does your console turn on and start up at all?

No. I guess the trouble happens during the console start up.

Can you try unplugging all of the cables and storage units (if any extras are plugged in) from the console then just plug in the AV lead and Power supply and try turning it on again, if it still turns red try plugging the power supply into another power socket. If that does not work I'd suggest sending off your console for repair to Microsoft unless you still have any store warranty left on the console, then you should return it to the store and get it replaced. If you have at all opened your console then you cannot send it off to Microsoft as they will not perform any repairs on it.
