Console Manager Email HELP!

Well I have recently went on my console manger to check my warranty and I also changed the email as well, but when I try to sign in to the new email I have just put in it say's there is no products.

So I sign back in with the old email and it's got the products there still. Is there anyway to make the new email sign in the account instead of keep signing in the old one?

You only changed your "contact email". The sign-in email address is the Live ID, and you have to change that on a console (not on the website). There's more about managing your Live ID in a sticky post in this forum.

Unfortunately, you've probably now created a profile on the "new" Live ID. So, you'll have to recover that one on your console and change the Live ID to a third email address, freeing up the second one to be used on your main profile as you'd intended.

I have changed my Windows Live ID on my Gamertag on the console itself, but on the warranty site it wont let me sign in with the new email i changed it to.
