console is saying im banned

my name is nick... i went to sign into my xbox live account and it is telling me my console is banned... i was just on my xbox all day playing dead island.. me and my cousin beat the game.. i signed out for 2 minutes and tried signing back in and it says im banned... i am a hardcore gamer.. im on my xbox practically 20 hrs a day! i dont do anything wrong so i dont understand why i would be banned.. i called xbox and they told me my profile is not corrupted and they have no idea as to why im banned and there is nothing they can do... so basically i have to go out and buy a new xbox for a reason thats not even my fault.. i just dont understand... I  would appreciate it if you could contact me so we can get to the bottom of this so we can get my console unbanned! Thank you!

You could try posting here OP, but the PET don't usually disclose the exact reason for a console ban in that forum.
Worth a shot though.

Similar thing happened to me. I was playing dead island, ran a  few errands, came back and console ban. I am awaiting a response from PET, but I never received an e-mail stating why  I am banned.

console bans do not include emails

please read the console ban faq that grey has listed as they are the primary reasons why one can get baned not LIMITED to those

they do not recind bans and they spend weeks to months on each investigations

including illegal mods like using a 3rd party hd rather then a offical hd in a xbox s unit

Mistakes can always happen though. Isn't that why they just reversed thousands of accidental console bans? I bought my xbox a few months ago. Have never added or removed anything from the system, and have never violated any stated TOS (Yes, I have read over them).  Hopefully someone finds the flaws that are happening. It's a bit ironic that the xbox cancellation team does not have computers, the xbox support team does not have phones, and the xbox legal department has neither.

actually the legal department has a number

you are looking at the wrong page

all mistaken bans have been recinded all other bans were correct

and good luck finding a lawyer to take your case

remeber not all actions are for illegal games

this can include illegal mods like VPN or repeat actions on accounts or illegally modifying a xbox hd to work in a xbox S unit and yes those are clear violations of the terms of use

i'm not sure what you are talking about

the xbox cancelation teams is the BILLING department

the xbox support team is the 18004myxbox

the XBL PET team do not have a number because they have a JOB to do

their jobs include investigating all TOU violations without the need to answer 1million calls a day for every person who thinks they are innocent and want to call them till they recind the ban you would never get thru

 

that is common sense

maybe you should start reading the forum FAQ those are the correct answers

what you posted was INCORRECT

maybe you should start  reading what is actually posted

the method for contacting the legal department is actually in the terms of use

sending the wrong inquiry to the wrong people will not get you anywhere

xbox support is do not play online and watch every user on live nor can they access server logs

thats what the xbl pet team does

 

the XBL PET team has only 1 way to contact them and thats thru the account suspension forums

like every other service including psn enforcement action never has direct contact via phone

name 1 service that allows you to do this
