Console has 3 red lights, still hasn't be resolved

So I found that i had three red lights not too long ago, I followed the steps provided about how to fix the issue. I unplugged/replugged still orange. Switched outlet, still orange. It then told me my power supply is the problem and I need to get that replaced. I did that. I ordered a new power supply over the thanksgiving weekend and got the cord tonight (12/5/11). So I plug my new power supply in and the light is Orange, and you guessed it three red lights, again. Go through the same process as before, however there is no option to say that I already bought a new power supply.

So what I would like to know now is what to do. I don't want to have to buy a whole new Xbox in order to fix this issue.

To sum up: I have 3 red lights with orange on power. I ran through steps and still orange. I got a new power supply, still orange. Ran through steps again, still orange.

I appreciate any help with this issue.

yes generally a orange light means there is a power supply issue but it can also be the circuit or connection in the xbox itself connecting the xbox to the psu

have you tried it at another house?

Yes I've tried it at two houses both times.

Now I can call support and get a machine to direct me where I need to go... Is there by chance a number that will make it go a little faster?

A) What told you it was the Power Supply?

B) 3 RRoD usually means General Hardware failure (ie: not the Power supply)

C) No matter what, its something you will have to contact XBOX Technical Support to resolve

I used that wepsite and went 3 red light, orange light, then it told me it was the power supply.
