My Xbox 360 Elite keeps freezing every time i try to access the game library, I've tried from the dashboard, the guide, and the marketplace, but it freezes every time.
I have followed all the steps in this thread http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_forums/xbox_support/f/7/t/7834.aspx and the screen freeze wizard. I have cleared the cache, formatted the hard drive, deleted and recovered my gamertag, but nothing seems to fix it. If i press the guide button i can hear the sound of the menu opening, but the image is unchanged, and it does not respond to any buttons. (I have tried with more than one controller).
This only seem to happen when it is connected to Xbox Live. If I am offline I can access it, but not while I'm online, and it's when I'm online i need to be able to access it, to play with my friends. (Happens on both wireless and wired connection).
Is this a common issue? And is there something i can do to fix this, or should i just give up and send it to repairs?
