Anyone have any idea why my system is in black & white only? This includes the main set up page. All cables are in the correct spot - we have not connected it to the internet so that line is not in use. Any help is appreciated!
Hey there Box! To help us narrow down the true issue here, can you connect a different device (preferably another 360 console) to this TV to see if it is also in black and white? Also, can you connect your 360 console to a different TV to see if it happens
there as well. You could also try different AV cables for the console to see if that helps as well. Let us know what you find out, thanks!
