When I try to sign in to my account it says my console can't connect to xbox live, When I test the xbox live connection it shows that it can connect to xbox live.
I also tried another account on my xbox and it can connect just fine to xbox live. Now I just tried recovering my profile to see if that would help but I get Error code 80704DC. Now my account is gone from my xbox console.
I have talk to two Agents on the matter. Here is what I have done.
I check for corrupted data and deleted any, Clear the Cache, and tried downloading my profile to just my hard drive and my USB.
Clear the cache twice, Updated my Windows live information, and change my password.
I also tried using a 48 hour Gold card like some people did in this thread http://forums.xbox.com/xbox_forums/xbox_support/f/12/t/220212.aspx?PageIndex=1 But it didn't work.
I'm started to think it has something to do with accounts that don't have a credit card on the account and/or auto renew on.
