I received a console ban yesterday. I have not received an email of any details. I would appreciate an email informing me of what terms were violated. I am the parent of this child on this account. I did contact x-box last night they could not tell me anything OTHER than there was an investigation on my sons account. I was also told that they have never heard of console bans being lifted. I WOULD JUST LIKE TO SAY IF THAT IS THE CASE...I WILL NEVER PURCHASE ANY X-BOX 36O PRODUCTS OR SERVICES EVER AGAIN...BEING THE PARENT I AM AWARE THAT I SHOULD BE AWARE OF WHAT MY CHILD DOES...HOWEVER WITH THAT BEING SAID...X-BOX SHOULD HAVE CONTACTED ME....MY SON IS GOING TO RECEIVE EXTREME PUNISHMENT BEHIND THIS EVENT....BUT I WILL BE SURE TO PUT THE WORD OUT AS WELL THAT X-BOX HAS THE ABILITY WITH OUT KNOWLEDGE TO JUST DISABLE YOUR CONSOLE...THEY HAD MY NUMBER APPARENTLY...MY SONS EMAIL ADDRESS HAS NO RECORD OF ANY NOTICES OTHER THAN RENEWAL OF HIS WHATEVER YOU CALL IT....I AM NOT IMPRESSED WITH X-BOX...WE HAVE INVESTED A LOT OF MONEY WITH THIS PRODUCT AND COMPANY....I WILL SAY AS THE PARENT AND THE PURCHASER I SHOULD HAD BEEN MADE AWARE OF THIS SITUATION SO I COULD HAVE DONE SOMETHING TO AMEND IT PRIOR TO BANNING.
