Console Banned for no reason... Need to speak with an agent

I have been an XBOX Live member for six years and suddenly my console is banned?  I need to speak with an agent and figure out what the problem is and that this must be some kind of mistake.  The XBOX was sent to me from Microsoft because I received the three rings of death on the first console I purchased.  The xbox has not been tampered with / opened/ modified/ fraud and what ever else is in the terms.  I contacted 1-800-4-MYXBOX and the rep. couldn't give me an answer of the reason for the ban.  I ask an agent to please lift the ban after reviewing my account.
