I purchased my console new 2 years ago. It is an XBOX Elite. We have thoroughly enjoyed it, play it regularly and watch Netflix and other movies on it. My son and I logged in today to play COD Black Ops Zombies and received a notice that the console has been banned. We have not altered our console in any way or fashion. Occassionally the console has difficulty reading a game disk upon initially inserting it. I have regularly updated the console when prompted and have never had any other issues. Is there any way for you to assess if there is an issue with my account or if you can log on to my account and read the data from my console? The representative indicated to me that this has been a regular occurance and provided me with the above noted reference number. We would sincerely appreciate your assistance and response at your earliest convenience.
