connection to xbox live

hey everybody, i need help, the past week i bought a three month membership card and i redeemed it and everything and for  two days i was sable to play online after that ive been connecting to xbox live on the dashboard but not when i play games it signs me out and says "your connection to xbox live has been lost. please sign in again" and i did try again but im not connected so i go back to my dashboard and im connected to xbox live but i still check to see if my live connection is good an deverything is fine until i try to play online it says you have to be signed in to xbox live to play online!)^:< anybody if you can help please do so im trying to find out why i cant play online so please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!! any comments with information on this will be most appreciated !:D

Have you tried simply unplugging your router and modem, let them sit for a couple minutes, plug your modem back in (let it be on for 2 minutes), then plug your router back in (let it again sit for 2 min), then turn on your Xbox.

Dores this solve your issue? If not we can take a look at your NAT settings, and see if the issue is there.

It almost did when I did everything you said to do it let stay nonlinear for a couple more seconds then when I went to multiplayer for MW3 it said disconnected from Xbox live
