Connection to Xbox LIVE has been lost

The last couple of days I have been getting the following message whenever I try to sign in to Xbox LIVE

"Your connection to Xbox LIVE has been lost. Please sign in again."

I have tried testing the network connection, and there are no problems there. I also tried the powercycling thing, which didn't help either.

After testing the connection I got the more information thing as follows

W: 0000-000B

X: 0000-F001

Y: 20A8-4840

Z: 0000-0000

ID: FFFF-FFFF

L: 0015-10F1

Q: 0015-10F1

T: Wired

D: 192.168.2.1/0.0.0.0

Okay, so I downloaded my LIVE profile again. This seems to have done the trick. At least for now.
