Hi SCRAMBLER 1 CAP,

Do you have the ability to directly connect your XBOX 360 with an Ethernet cable to your Cable/DSL modem? This would help us rule out any sort of issues with the router or wireless that could be causing this issue.

Also, please reply back with the following information as well:

What Country/State/Province do you live in?
Modem brand & model number:
Router brand & model number:
If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter?
Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/No/Unknown
Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT?

And do you have the ability to try connecting directly to your ARRIS modem instead of using the router at all via an Ethernet Cable to see if you still disconnect?
