Connection issues

Can't connect in my network test from network to internet just started doing this yesterday randomly my internet is working fine through the house switched cords and reset modem and routers still not able to connect any thoughts on this?

What Country/State/Province do you live in? Untied States

Modem brand & model number: unknown brand, given to by Charter Communications (Model Number-U10C018)

Router brand & model number: Belkin (Model Number-F5D7234--4V5)

Network Connection Type: Wireless/Wired Wired

If Wireless, what type of encryption are you using?

If Wireless, are you using a white or black external adapter, or an internal (Xbox 360S) adapter?

Things you have tried:

Is UPnP Enabled? Yes/no/Unknown Unknown

Is NAT Type Open? Unknown

Any Error Codes you encounter:  None

What type of internet do you have? Cable/DSL/T1/3G? Cable

Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? Charter Communications

After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" and click on "More info", what is the exact message shown on screen? Can't Access the Internet. There may be a problem with your connection. Turn your router or modem off and back on, then wait 30 seconds.

Just to be sure, have you tried the above step of resetting your router and modem? And at what point in the connection does it fail exactly?
