Connection issues

For the past month or so, I've been unable to do ANYTHING on my 360. It's alternating between error codes 80072ee2 and 800705b4. I've been on more forums than I can count looking for a solution, and found none that work. I have reset my connection settings, reset my router, deleted my cache, reformatted the HD, deleted and redownloaded my profile, and did a system reset. So far, none of it has worked. At first, I couldn't even sign in to Live. Now, I'm signed in to Live, but nothing will load up. Does anyone have any idea what to do to fix this problem? I would really like to be able to use my system, especially considering me and a bunch of my friends are getting Grand Theft Auto when it comes out tonight.

I should also mention, I've tested the connection multiple times, and everything appears fine, but when I try to actually access content, it starts throwing error codes at me. I've also checked the service status of Live more than once and everything is "Up and running"
