Connection Issues (win 10 and android smartglass)

Since the november update I haven't been able to connect to my xbox one with the android smartglass app (Galaxy S5 and htc one m8) or with the windows 10 xbox app. Everything is up to date and I am having no issues connecting with xbox live. Is there anything I can do other than wait for a patch?

Hey there! First, make sure SmartGlass didn't get disabled on your console by going to Settings, Preferences, SmartGlass, then make sure one of the top two options are selected. If that's not the issue, do a full reboot of your console by going to the Settings tab in the guide, then Restart console. If that still doesn't help, try going to Turn off console, and then unplug the power cord from the console for 5 minutes.
