Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)?  Comcast
After you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" and click on "More info", what is the exact message shown on screen?

The only error I get is "Notice - Server is Full" after the loading ends...

I've opened ports, clean cache, tried a lot of crap, just want to be able to play...

Server is full, when you test the xbox connection? Not seen that before Can you take a picture of that?
