Connection issues, help!

Not directly for me, but my cousin. We're both Xbox One users.

He's having an issue playing any game online and losing connection after 10 minutes of online gameplay. He has Ryse and Titanfall and both are giving the same problem so it's not their servers. He's done a hard reset, reset his connection and everything. It appears this only happens while he plays a game it boots him off, because when he heads back to the dashboard it says he's still online.

Need your help guys, any fixes for this? ... He's also contacted support and they say he might have to wait for a system patch, which is BS.

Is your Xbox One connected via wired or wireless?:

Things you have tried (UPnP? Manual port forwarding? DMZ? Wired Xbox One directly to modem?):

Is UPnP Enabled on your router?

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type?

Any Error Codes you encounter:

Do you get a Teredo IP error?

Does the WAN/Internet IP (NOT the LAN IP!) listed in your router's web interface match the IP reported by http://www.tracemyip.org ?:

First go to settings, network and check what the status is on NAT.

If NAT is set to Strict or Moderate, you could have issues connecting.

It should say NAT is Open.

Check that first.

Also if on a wireless network, try to use Wired and see if that changes anything.

From the sound of it, it really sounds like a NAT problem.
