Alright guys, to fix this silly problem, Make sure you accepted the agreements on Xbox.com (When you signed in).
Shut Off Xbox
Turn Modem/Router off for 30 sec, then let it restore for 30 seconds
AGAIN make sure you Accepted the Terms when you signed on to Xbox.com
Turn Xbox on
And THIS SHOULD WORK.... IF NOT, WAIT A LITTLE LONGER
