i have finally been able to connect to xbox live but now it says i can use the profile to play under....now what do i do

 

exact message....

 

current profile is not allowed to play on xbox live.

 

 

we redemed code and everything and have a connection

From the looks of it, this account that you are posting on does not have an XBOX Live Gold membership attached to it. If you believe that you've entered a subscription code and redeemed it successfully it would show here under the billing summary that you have redeemed something. 

If you do not see something there and are 100% positive that you have redeemed this code on this account then you will need to contact phone support.

An XBOX Live Gold subscription is required to play multiplayer games with others around the world.
