Connecting to wireless network

Hello.   Only had my xbox for a short while.  Been using my Xbox on an unprotected wireless network with no problems.  Now I have applied a password to my wireless network my xbox can still see the network but will not connect.  For what its worth my Wii and home computer are connecting with no problem.  Any ideas?

Hi,

Please read:- forums.xbox.com/.../9.aspx

And post back your details in full (the bits that are in bold on that post) so that people may help

If you are wireless can you also state whether you are using the white or black external adapter or the Xbox 360S Internal adapter

Can you also state whether you are using WEP/WPA/WPA2 security if WPA/2 are you using AES or TKIP?

Thanks

You could see if there is a firmware update available for your router or drop back to use WEP instead to see if that works but.... yeah maybe its time for a new router. See if TalkTalk will supply one for you, they are free for new customers so maybe you can work something out with them?
