Connecting to Netflix or Hulu disconnects from XBOX Live

Ok, I posted this in another section because I thought it may be related to a recent update, but maybe not so I am xposting it here.

I can connect to XBOX live perfectly fine UNTIL I access Netflix or Hulu then it immediately disconnects me and prompts me to connect but does not allow it, the crazy thing is when I exit and go back to the dashboard, it automatically reconnects me fine.

It's happens only in Netflix or Hulu.

 

Anyone else having this issue?

 

I am having this issue as well.  It just started happening.  Now I can't even get logged into Xbox Live.  The web site says there is nothing down but I can get on the internet on all other devices that I have.  It just won't connect to Live now.
