Connecting to internet but not Live

I was on live playing last night but haven't been able to get on at all today. Whenever i run a test i can connect to the internet but not Live. I've tried all the usual tests but still no good. I'm a Verizon FioS customer in Florida and i know there was a problem with Fios once in CA. The error status report i've been getting is as follows.

w: 0000 - 0021

x: 0000 - F001

Y: 30A8 - 4840

Z: 0000 - 0000

ID 0006 - 0001

L: 0015 - 10F1

Q: 8007 - 0435

sorry to hear you are having this issue.

What I can recommend is to open up your ports see if that helps.

support.xbox.com/.../network-ports-used-xbox-live

Opened the suggested ports but still no luck. Also cleared system cache to no avail.

This sounds like the exact issue in having as well.  In east coast USA here. Its now 1940 hours (7:40 est).  I've spoken to both Xbox and Verizon and neither acknowledges an issue.  I'm still leaning toward the problem being at Xbox live.  Ninja, we appreciate the help and hope someone can identify and/or at least acknowledge an issue exists.  Thanks

I am having same issue.  Connect to Internet but not xbox live.  Worked yesterday.  Verizon FIOS Florida.  All ports are open.  Error 80151909.

I too am a Verizon customer in FL, not fios though reg internet, Cant Connect to XBL either since today :{

I am glad other people are having the same problem. I'm a verizon FioS customer in florida and i haven't been able to connect to xbox live since sunday. I've tried clearing my cache, resetting my modem and router, opening my ports and deleting my profile on the console (although now i appear to not be able to re-download it, due to being unable to connect to xbox live). it's frustrating, especially since it feels like i've done everything i can. :/

same here.  was playing bf4 monday night until 11pm.  get up on tuesday morning around 9 and nothing is working/connecting.  Called verizon fios and xbox live support.  was up to midnight on the phone with both.  There is something definately wrong...i live in tampa and have verizon fios.  my router is an Actiontec M142...
