Connecting on a different console

Hi, I have an Xbox Live family gold membership. My step kids use it when at my home and on our Xbox. Their dad bought an Xbox for use in his home. He does not have Xbox live. He does have an Internet connection. Can the kids still play Xbox live when at his home using our Live Family Account? They have been trying to with no luck so far. Thanks, Stew

Thanks Vibroplex, will they then be able to play online or live from their dad's house even though he does not have an xbox live account?  For example, can they play NHL13 from there?

Yes. An Xbox LIVE profile can be on multiple consoles but only one console at a time can use the profile to be on LIVE.
