The Microsoft HD VGA cable has an optical out on the part that connects to the AV port on the console. All you should need is a sufficiently long TOSLINK cable to reach from the back of the 360 to the MixAmp.

Then you'll need the older one that has the connector, or a 360 S that has the optical port on the console itself. You may need to go with the Intec cable. I would be warry of third party no-name knock-offs as they typically aren't well constructed. I've had a couple that had ghosting so bad I just threw the cables out.

The other alternative is to forgo the MixAmp and connect the headset to the stereo output of the console using an RCA to mini-jack adapter cable.
