I've tried all the troubleshooting in which Xbox Live suggests including reseting the network settings, restarting your hardware, firewall with ports, etc.
Current Router: D-Link DI-624
Modem: Motorola SBV5120 SURFboard Cable Modem
Heres how my Port Forwarding is currently set-up for Ports 53, 80, 88, and 3740.
Port 53 (IPADRESS FOR XBOX) UDP/TCP PRIVATE & PUBLIC PORT - 53
Port 80 (IPADRESS FOR XBOX) TCP PRIVATE & PUBLIC PORT - 80
Port 88 (IPADRESS FOR XBOX) UDP PRIVATE & PUBLIC PORT - 88
Port 3074 (IPADRESS FOR XBOX) UDP/TCP PRIVATE & PUBLIC PORT - 3074
I am at a standstill as what the problem is, my connection towards Xbox-Live was working two days ago and now it isn't connecting. Please try to guide me through any troubleshooting as i am not the greatest when it comes to computers. If I need to add any more information please just post what information you may need to further help me and I will gladly post it on here.

Is NAT Type Open? Was moderate when I was able to go on Xbox Live

What type of internet do you have? Cable
Who is your ISP(Internet Service Provider)? Optinum Online
When you run "Test Xbox LIVE connection" what is the exact message shown on screen? You can connect to the internet but cannot connect to Xbox Live
