signed up for xbox live gold on computer now the xbox wont reconize the account

Your account here (kma demo team31) shows up as golden. Is that the account you use to play on Xbox? If yes, knokw that the Xbox doesn't constantly update your membership status. Gold membership status is only checked during signin of your Gamertag.

In rare cases, you need to re download your Gamertag to the console, by going to the Guide Menu, (pressing X, if there is a Gamertag already signed in) and then using the "Download Profile" option.

Let the console download your profile, and you should be golden.

If however your Gamertag on the Console is NOT "kma demo team31", then you accidentally booked gold to a wrong Live ID, in which case you need to contact the official phone support.
